Superbe région. Accueil du camping au top. Pouvoir acheter les entrées aux différents park comme Gardaland nous a facilité la vie.

Les personnes de l'accueil ne parlaient pas français. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu d'animations proposées et que les toboggans et les jeux d'eaux n'étaient ouverts que 2h le matin et 2h l'après midi ce qui en limite leur utilisation. Les tarifs du restaurant sont chers.

L'hébergement - Chalet Marty Superior

Le chalet est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique, un accès rapide à la piscine du bas, à la supérette et au restaurant.

Dommage que ce chalet ne comprenne pas au moins un four micro-onde pour nous aider à faire la cuisine et éventuellement une cafetière pour les buveurs de café. Manque peut-être une petite structure pour attacher les vélos, nous les avions attachés à la barrière.

ce n est pas un camping.Emplacements difficiles d accès. . Climatisation des bungalows bruyante et qui souffle sur le emplacement. Douches d'ombres et mal conçues. Dévidoir chimique à côté des urinoirs. Proximité des bungalows étouffante . Rapport qualité prix très insatisfaisant. Plage au lac inconfortable. On paye pour le chien et rien n est prévu.

Private beach is great, slides and water park were entertaining when they were turned on. Lake garda is a great environment to be in. Pizza served in the restaurant was pretty decent quality. Nice surprise to find an EV charging station on-site.

Price for electricity for airco outrageous (1 eur per kwh), Price for wifi outrageous and not included. Price for baby bed and baby seat outrageous (literally cheaper to buy both in supermarket than rent for 2 weeks). No list of included cabin equipment in advance. Pools and slides were closed randomly because "almost-end-of-season" (first week of september). Restaurant didn't serve food at the same time, 30 minutes (!) after my wife and kid were eating I got my pizza, did apologize and resolve correctly. EV charger prices outrageous (75c per kwh) + time penalties.

The cabin itself was dry and not terribly dirty. Had a little bit of lake view which was nice. Plenty of greenery around to enjoy. While we had plastic seats, they were OK.

Cabin not as advertised - plastic seats outside and in worse condition, cherry-picked photos of the best/newest cabin in that class. Mattresses were saggy. Sinks of both kitchen and bathroom were clogged on arrival, bathroom was never resolved. 35% leaky porch roof, fortunately only had rain for a day. One gas burner was a fire hazard due to non-original parts. No porch gate to contain child while cabin was on a busy street with steep incline. Cars/bicycles drove by with high speeds, no speed limit enforcement. Airco made loud noises all night.

Reception staff really helpful. Went out of there way to help us. Excellent pitch and clean facilities. Kids loved the pool, slidesand swimming in the lake.

We like the warm welcome from the reception, the friendlilness in the store, restaurant and pools. We feel in many ways at home at Camping Eden. It is truly a nice place you run. :)

I think price for Air condition is way to high, i do not like to ask my kids to reserve air condition on the hot days. My suggestion is that you include a fix price for this, it could be a gamechanger for next year. Internet price is also very high, also to high in my oppinion, we are now in 2023, it should be possible to add this service without a high price and only to minimize it to 2 items. We had as a family to rely mostly on our data packets from our mobile phones. We used your own internet and not the internet you get from outside.

Strange, we did not stay in a paradiso (not this year), but in a giada. We have been there before so we enjoy the giada.

Wood terrasse could need an upgrade, looks and feels a little old, some of the wood parts was not secure anymore.

We traveled from Scotland all the way to Salo in our Motorhome We had an absolutely fantastic time despite a few faults with our van enroute everything was a lot more expensive than expected especially Gardaland. Thank you very much to all of the staff especially the reception staff for all of there help

Having to wear a hat in the pool Especially as most females wore a hat but ALL THEIR HAIR was hanging out of the thing A real waste of time. All the biting insects, we have been eaten alive.
