The exceptional heat during those days caused a temporary power outage, which unfortunately affected our service. Fortunately, situations like this are very rare, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you Peter for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful weather, the spacious pitch and the location of our campsite. Regarding the sanitary facilities, we would like to point out that at the moment only one of our two sanitary blocks is available. The second sanitary block is currently closed because we are carrying out a major renovation and modernization project to provide more comfortable and up-to-date facilities for our guests. Unfortunately, the work is still ongoing and the renovated block is not yet open. We understand that having only one sanitary building available may have caused inconvenience, especially during busy periods, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We take note of your comment about the height differences between pitches — it’s true that our campsite is located on a hillside, which makes for a beautiful natural setting but can sometimes create uneven terrain.
