We’re very happy to hear that you had a great holiday at Camping Le Picard and that you appreciated the cleanliness, facilities, and our efforts to make your stay unforgettable. Regarding the WiFi: although we do have fiber internet, the overall bandwidth available in our rural location is not very high. As WiFi works via radio frequency, the more users connected, the weaker the signal can become. The best reception point on the campsite is near the pool area, where the signal is strongest. We’d also like to let you know that during July and August, the restaurant will be open every evening, not just on weekends, and still offers a small but varied menu to enjoy. We’re glad you liked the improvements we’ve made, including the new toilets, showers, and service area. We always take our guests’ comments into account, and while we would love to do even more, our budget – especially as a small campsite – can sometimes limit how quickly we can implement changes. Dear guest, Thank you for your kind words about our campsite and the pitch! We're delighted you enjoyed the location. As for the pigeons and their... overenthusiasm — we completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, while we try our best to make everything perfect for our guests, organizing a "ball trap" or pigeon patrol is a bit out of our scope (and possibly illegal 😄). We are busy all day, making sure humans are happy — but we have yet to convince the birds to follow campsite rules!
